Alors qu&rsquo;il suffirait sans doute de boire de l&rsquo;eau pour mincir et <\/strong><a href=\"\/132-perte-de-poids\" class=\"broken_link\"><strong>perdre du poids<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<br> Boire oui, mais pas n&rsquo;importe comment, ni n&rsquo;importe quand.<br> On connaissait d\u00e9j\u00e0 ces conseils qui consistent \u00e0 boire de l&rsquo;eau avant le repas pour avoir l&rsquo;estomac plein et moins manger. Mais qu&rsquo;en est-il au plan scientifique? Est-ce fond\u00e9 ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deux verres avant le repas <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une \u00e9tude portant sur une quarantaine de participants en surpoids,&nbsp;a mis au r\u00e9gime basses calories deux groupes de sujets choisis au hasard. L&rsquo;un des deux groupes a d\u00fb en plus consommer deux tasses d&rsquo;eau avant chacun de ses repas, contrairement au groupe t\u00e9moin soumis seulement au r\u00e9gime.<br>\nSur une p\u00e9riode totale de 12 semaines, le groupe consommant de l&rsquo;eau avant les repas avait perdu 44% de poids suppl\u00e9mentaire par rapport au groupe t\u00e9moin. La diminution calorique a \u00e9t\u00e9 surtout observ\u00e9e au d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude, ce qui laisse penser que l&rsquo;habitude finit par annuler l&rsquo;effet b\u00e9n\u00e9fique de l&rsquo;eau.<br>\nCela ne marche pas avec les sodas et boissons sucr\u00e9es. Si vous n&rsquo;aimez pas le go\u00fbt de l&rsquo;eau plate, vous pouvez ajouter un peu de jus de citron ou de temps en temps opter pour une eau p\u00e9tillante tr\u00e8s faiblement sal\u00e9e.
