En effet, le nombre de cancers de la peau chez les jeunes femmes serait directement li\u00e9e \u00e0 cette exposition aux UV artificiels. Chez les patients \u00e2g\u00e9s de 18 \u00e0 39 ans le risque de m\u00e9lanome cutan\u00e9 aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 multipli\u00e9 par 8 chez les femmes et par 4 chez les hommes, entre 1970 et 2009. En France, en 2011, il y en aurait pr\u00e8s de 10.000 recens\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une belle beau dor\u00e9e avec les l\u00e9gumes <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors peut-on avoir bonne mine sans prendre de risques ? Oui, si on en croit cette autre \u00e9tude. La meilleure fa\u00e7on d&rsquo;avoir une belle peau dor\u00e9e serait de manger des l\u00e9gumes en abondance, et surtout des carottes et des tomates. L&rsquo;\u00e9tude, dirig\u00e9e par le Dr Ian Stephen de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Nottingham, a montr\u00e9 qu&rsquo;une alimentation saine, riche en fruits et l\u00e9gumes donnerait de bien meilleurs r\u00e9sultats que le bronzage sur la couleur de peau. Cela est d\u00fb \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence de carot\u00e9no\u00efdes, qui sont des antioxydants utiles contre le stress oxydatif, et pour <a href=\"\/439-vitamines-mineraux\" class=\"broken_link\"><strong>renforcer le syst\u00e8me immunitaire<\/strong><\/a>. Vous \u00e9viterez \u00e9galement les effets du vieillissement pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 sur votre peau.
