Pourtant cette \u00e9tude&nbsp; de la Wayne State University tend \u00e0 donner raison aux plus m\u00e9fiants, car la caf\u00e9ine perturberait le sommeil m\u00eame prise 6H avant le coucher.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le caf\u00e9 perturbe le sommeil<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude \u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle portait sur une douzaine de personnes non sujettes aux troubles du sommeil. Elles ont pris une dose de caf\u00e9ine de 400 mg, 6H avant le coucher, 3H avant et juste avant le coucher. Le sommeil a \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on objective et l&rsquo;\u00e9tude a montr\u00e9 que le caf\u00e9 peut r\u00e9duire la dur\u00e9e du sommeil d&rsquo;environ 1H sans que le sujet en ait conscience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut donc suivre l&rsquo;id\u00e9e que le caf\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi est \u00e0 \u00e9viter pour pr\u00e9server un sommeil fluide et r\u00e9parateur. La caf\u00e9ine apr\u00e8s 17H, emp\u00eache de dormir suffisamment tout comme le caf\u00e9 au coucher, mais ceux qui en prennent l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi ont tendance \u00e0 ne pas faire le lien entre leur dur\u00e9e de sommeil raccourcie et la prise de caf\u00e9.<br>Mais la bonne nouvelle, c&rsquo;est que <strong>la caf\u00e9ine a tout de m\u00eame des effets positifs sur l&rsquo;entrainement.<\/strong> <strong>Elle acc\u00e9l\u00e8re la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration apr\u00e8s un entrainement intense.<\/strong>&nbsp; Donc le caf\u00e9 ou <strong><a href=\"\/8-preworkout\">les suppl\u00e9ments \u00e0 base de caf\u00e9ine<\/a>,<\/strong> oui, mais avant l&rsquo;entrainement ou au maximum avant 17H.
