Les inconditionnels du caf\u00e9 disent ne pouvoir s&rsquo;en passer tandis que certains buveurs de soda \u00e0 la caf\u00e9ine d\u00e9velopperaient presque une addiction, lorsqu&rsquo;ils boivent plusieurs canettes par jour.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des sodas trop sucr\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici une \u00e9tude publi\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;American Journal of Nutrition qui risque de faire pencher la balance en faveur des buveurs de caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, la consommation \u00e9lev\u00e9e de sodas sucr\u00e9s augmenterait le risque d&rsquo;AVC (Accident vasculaire c\u00e9r\u00e9bral). La cause viendrait essentiellement des sucres pr\u00e9sents dans ces sodas qui \u00e9l\u00e8verait \u00e9galement les risques d&rsquo;autres maladies comme le diab\u00e8te, l&rsquo;hypertension, le cholest\u00e9rol\u2026 ou m\u00eame l&rsquo;ob\u00e9sit\u00e9.<br>\nCette \u00e9tude porte sur une vaste population suivie sur plusieurs ann\u00e9es. L&rsquo;apport de sucre favorise l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9vation de la glyc\u00e9mie et de l&rsquo;insuline pouvant conduire \u00e0 divers probl\u00e8mes comme l&rsquo;augmentation du risque d&rsquo;AVC, surtout chez les femmes. Et n&rsquo;allez pas croire que le soda light diminue les risques, celui-ci est sensiblement le m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du caf\u00e9, c&rsquo;est plut\u00f4t mieux, car il contient des antioxydants \u2013acides chlorog\u00e9niques, lignanes et magn\u00e9sium- pouvant r\u00e9duire les risques d&rsquo;AVC, et ceci qu&rsquo;il soit ou non d\u00e9caf\u00e9in\u00e9.<br>\nDonc le caf\u00e9 l&#8217;emporte dans ce match, d&rsquo;autant plus que, d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s une autre \u00e9tude, sa consommation est \u00e9galement li\u00e9e \u00e0 une plus faible mortalit\u00e9, \u00e0 condition qu&rsquo;il ne soit pas associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la cigarette.<br>\nLes buveurs de caf\u00e9 ont donc toutes les chances de vivre plus longtemps et en bonne sant\u00e9.<br>\nAttention, toutefois \u00e0 ne pas cumuler diff\u00e9rentes sources de caf\u00e9ine en consommant \u00e0 la fois du caf\u00e9, des energy drinks ou des cocktails anti fatigue \u00e0 base de <a href=\"\/439-vitamines-mineraux\" class=\"broken_link\"><strong>vitamines<\/strong><\/a> et caf\u00e9ine !<br>\nSi c&rsquo;est la caf\u00e9ine qui vous motive, voici quelques valeurs.
