Et la caf\u00e9ine serait m\u00eame b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la m\u00e9moire. Ce qu&rsquo;ils doivent surveiller, ce sont leurs autres apports en caf\u00e9ine venant des m\u00e9dicaments, des sodas, des <a href=\"\/416-vos-objectifs\" class=\"broken_link\"><b>compl\u00e9ments alimentaires<\/b><\/a> et m\u00eame de certains aliments. Surtout pour les personnes qui ne tol\u00e8rent pas bien les stimulants, ou les hypertendus et les cardiaques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Attention \u00e0 la sur-consommation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La dose l\u00e9tale (mortelle) est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 10g par jour, ce qui repr\u00e9sente environ 40 tasses de caf\u00e9, une consommation rarissime et quasiment impossible. Par contre 10 tasses de caf\u00e9 + des stimulants + des boissons \u00e0 la caf\u00e9ine peuvent faire monter la dose de fa\u00e7on dramatique et provoquer quelques effets ind\u00e9sirables, si vous y \u00eates sensible.<br>\nV\u00e9rifiez donc la quantit\u00e9 de caf\u00e9ine qui se cache dans les stimulants, les m\u00e9dicaments en vente libre pour la migraine, les boissons \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, le chocolat que vous consommez et \u00e9vitez d&rsquo;associer caf\u00e9ine et alcool (ces fameux cocktails energy drinks tant pris\u00e9s par les jeunes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne vous privez pas pour autant du caf\u00e9 si vous \u00eates amateur, car il est reconnu pour avoir de nombreux bienfaits. 3 tasses par jour prot\u00e8gent de l&rsquo;AVC, du diab\u00e8te, des infections, de la maladie d&rsquo;Alzheimer\u2026 Justement une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente, publi\u00e9e dans la revue Nature Neuroscience, des chercheurs de l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 Johns-Hopkins \u00e0 Baltimore (\u00c9tats-Unis), s&rsquo;est int\u00e9ress\u00e9e \u00e0 ses effets sur la m\u00e9moire chez des volontaires.<br>\nLa totalit\u00e9 du groupe a visionn\u00e9 des images repr\u00e9sentant des objets. La moiti\u00e9 du groupe a re\u00e7u ensuite deux tasses de caf\u00e9 par jour tandis que l&rsquo;autre moiti\u00e9 recevait un placebo. Le lendemain, le groupe a d\u00fb visionner \u00e0 nouveau des images dont certaines \u00e9taient les m\u00eames, d&rsquo;autres similaires, et d&rsquo;autres nouvelles. Le groupe ayant consomm\u00e9 de la caf\u00e9ine s&rsquo;en est mieux sorti que l&rsquo;autre groupe pour trouver les diff\u00e9rences entres les images.
