Apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode de 12 semaines, les participants ont perdu l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent de 1 \u00e0 8kg, alors qu&rsquo;un petit groupe a au contraire pris du poids, m\u00eame si tous ont perdu du gras et gagn\u00e9 de la masse maigre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En conclusion<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela signifie qu&rsquo;on ne peut pas compter sur un seul facteur pour inverser l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre des calories, car d\u00e8s que l&rsquo;on commence \u00e0 changer quelque chose, d&rsquo;autres facteurs en d\u00e9coulent.<br>Notamment le Dr David Allison de l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 d&rsquo;Alabama, \u00e0 Birmingham aux USA souligne que la croyance de supprimer 100 calories par jour pendant 35 jours ne conduira pas \u00e0 la perte d&rsquo;un demi kilo.
