Il faut des ann\u00e9es d&rsquo;entrainement pour obtenir un volume radical quel que soit l&rsquo;entrainement, les suppl\u00e9ments alimentaires que vous preniez. Les bodybuilders que vous voyez en photo ont non seulement une g\u00e9n\u00e9tique exceptionnelle, des ann\u00e9es de pratique exclusive, <a href=\"\/conseils\/programme-alimentation-prise-masse\/\"><strong>une alimentation calcul\u00e9e avec pr\u00e9cision<\/strong><\/a> et ont parfois m\u00eame recours \u00e0 produits dopants.
