Le petit d\u00e9jeuner pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 des enfants est d\u00e9sormais sur la sellette mais pas seulement, car les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales dites \u00ab sant\u00e9 \u00bb sont aussi vis\u00e9es : leur teneur en sucre d\u00e9passerait les seuils tol\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une concentration en sucre excessive<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9fl\u00e9chissez-y \u00e0 deux fois avant de mettre du muesli ou des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales -soi-disant bonnes pour votre poids ou votre transit- au menu du matin.<br>En effet, sur 50 marques de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales test\u00e9es, plus de 60 % des produits en rayon auraient une teneur excessive en sucre. C&rsquo;est d&rsquo;autant plus vrai pour les marques destin\u00e9es aux enfants qui cumulent, pour la plupart, sucre et graisses du chocolat, sucre des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et sucre ajout\u00e9 ! Si les teneurs en sel ont \u00e9t\u00e9 largement r\u00e9vis\u00e9es ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, il reste&nbsp; bien des efforts \u00e0 faire niveau sucre. M\u00eame si les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales sont des sucres lents b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques sur bien des plans, il reste difficile d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer les apports en sucres, graisses et sel, au vu des seules informations sur le paquet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur une portion de 100 g, 32 produits sur 50 ont un taux de sucre sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 12,5%, seules deux marques de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales pour enfants ont un taux assez acceptable. Les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales pour enfants, que nous ne nommerons pas, ont un Index glyc\u00e9mique (IG) compris entre 75 et 89 (taux pour 100g), ce qui ne les classe pas parmi les meilleurs aliments pour la minceur et la sant\u00e9.<br>On comprend mieux pourquoi de plus en plus d&rsquo;enfants ont des <a href=\"\/132-perte-de-poids\" class=\"broken_link\"><strong>probl\u00e8mes de poids<\/strong><\/a> et manquent d&rsquo;attention \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole (le sucre fait baisser la concentration).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Surtout, soyez vigilants car les marques de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales aux all\u00e9gations minceur et sant\u00e9 ne sont pas plus raisonnables ; la pr\u00e9sence de fruits secs et le sucre ajout\u00e9 font grimper en fl\u00e8che le taux de sucre, proche des 20%.<br>Nous ne saurions trop vous conseiller de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer les flocons d&rsquo;avoine (sans sucres ajout\u00e9s, dont l&rsquo;IG est proche de 65) avec du fromage blanc ou quelques fruits frais (naturellement peu sucr\u00e9s) ou encore un <a href=\"\/410-cereales-et-avoines\"><strong>bon petit d\u00e9jeuner \u00e0 base de prot\u00e9ines<\/strong><\/a>, pain complet, \u0153ufs ou jambon !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><strong>Sources<\/strong>: Which \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhs.uk\/live-well\/eat-well\/healthy-breakfast-cereals\/\"> Which? finds breakfast cereals are still too high in sugar, but are lower in salt<\/a>\u201d et NHS \u201cSweet breakfast cereals &lsquo;too sugary for kids\u201d.
