Magique, non? Comment est-ce possible?\u00a0 Le chocolat contiendraitt des ingr\u00e9dients susceptibles de favoriser la perte de poids plut\u00f4t que le stockage des graisses.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Il se trouve en effet que ceux qui mangent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement du chocolat, plusieurs fois par semaine, ont un meilleur poids que ceux qui en mangent plus rarement. Il ne faut pas croire qu&rsquo;il suffise d&rsquo;ajouter du chocolat \u00e0 votre menu pour <\/strong><a href=\"\/132-perte-de-poids\" class=\"broken_link\"><strong>perdre des kilos<\/strong><\/a><strong>. Mais certains types de chocolat am\u00e9liorent le m\u00e9tabolisme, sans doute gr\u00e2ce aux anti-oxydants et seraient b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques sur le maintien du poids corporel, sur le cholest\u00e9rol et sur la pression art\u00e9rielle. Le chocolat noir est plus riche en flavono\u00efdes et donc bourr\u00e9 d&rsquo;avantages.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;\u00e9tude qui le dit!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Encore mieux, ce serait la consommation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re et fr\u00e9quente de chocolat qui ferait la diff\u00e9rence!<br>\nL&rsquo;\u00e9tude portant sur pr\u00e8s de 1000 personnes, en bonne sant\u00e9, \u00e2g\u00e9es de 20 \u00e0 85 ans avec un IMC moyen de 28, soit en l\u00e9ger surpoids, a montr\u00e9 que&nbsp;\u00abLes adultes qui ont consomm\u00e9 du chocolat plus souvent eu un IMC plus faible que ceux qui en ont consomm\u00e9 moins souvent.\u00a0\u00bb\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; color: #ff6600;\">Les personnes qui mangent du chocolat r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement sont plus minces<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>La diff\u00e9rence sur le poids observ\u00e9 \u00e9tait de 2.3 \u00e0 3,2 kg, pour une fr\u00e9quence de consommation de 3 \u00e0 5 fois par semaine, sans tenir compte des quantit\u00e9s consomm\u00e9es.<br>\nCette \u00e9tude intrigue les chercheurs qui ont du mal \u00e0 expliquer ces r\u00e9sultats, d&rsquo;autant plus que les consommateurs de chocolat (par rapport au groupe bonbons) avaient \u00e9galement tendance \u00e0 manger plus de calories en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et que, malgr\u00e9 \u00e7a, leur poids \u00e9tait plus stable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pas vraiment d&rsquo;explication \u00e0 cet effet minceur du chocolat&#8230;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude intrigue grandement les chercheurs qui n&rsquo;ont pas vraiment r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 expliquer ce fait. Un nutritionniste \u00e9tranger \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tude sugg\u00e8re m\u00eame qu&rsquo;il y a plusieurs explications possibles.
