Elle demande un solide <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/programme-musculation-prise-masse-seche\/\">entrainement de cardio et de musculation.<\/a><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Appel\u00e9e aussi Mud Day, Mud Run, la plus connue et la plus importante d\u2019entre elles est la Reebok Spartan Race, qui fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux Spartiates, ces guerriers pr\u00eats-\u00e0-tout. Mais il y en a d\u2019autres plus locales qui rassemblent tout autant autour d\u2019un m\u00eame concept&nbsp;: on r\u00e9ussit mieux sous la pression gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019adr\u00e9naline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors oui, c\u2019est dur et il va falloir se d\u00e9foncer pour franchir la ligne d\u2019arriv\u00e9e. Il va falloir puiser dans les ressources physiques (<strong>force<\/strong>, r\u00e9sistance) et mentales (d\u00e9termination, ing\u00e9niosit\u00e9, pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance) pour aller au bout de toutes les \u00e9preuves \u00e0 franchir. Pour autant, on ne court pas seul, l\u2019esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe et l\u2019entraide sont aussi de la partie, m\u00eame si c\u2019est chronom\u00e9tr\u00e9. Tous n\u2019ont pas l\u2019obsession du meilleur temps, et de la comp\u00e9tition, certains privil\u00e9gient la fraternit\u00e9 et l\u2019honneur pour arriver ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sortir de sa zone de confort <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous d\u00e9cidez de vous attaquer \u00e0 ce genre de course, pr\u00e9parez-vous \u00e0 sortir de votre zone de confort, \u00e0 souffrir, \u00e0 d\u00e9passer vos limites et \u00e0 pleurer (de d\u00e9couragement ou de joie..) car la course d\u2019obstacle ne laisse personne indiff\u00e9rent et rend accro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Car courir ou grimper \u00e0 la corde, les v\u00eatement coll\u00e9s de boue ou les baskets pleines d\u2019eau n\u2019est pas qu\u2019une partie de plaisir. Et on a beau courir et<strong>&nbsp;<a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement\/programme-musculation-fitness\/\">faire de la musculation<\/a><\/strong> et s&rsquo;\u00eatre entrain\u00e9 des dizaines de fois en encha\u00eenant des pompes, des dips et des tractions&#8230; r\u00e9aliser tout \u00e7a dans des conditions extr\u00eames, c\u2019est autre chose, car il faut supporter les obstacles et les p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s, surtout \u00e0 la fin. Heureusement, \u00e7a ne dure qu\u2019une heure environ m\u00eame si \u00e7a parait interminable. A la fin, on gagne une m\u00e9daille, une bonne dose de confiance en soi et un formidable soulagement de l\u2019avoir fait.
