Mais les chercheurs de la Cornell University (New York) ont remarqu\u00e9, suite \u00e0 une \u00e9tude plus pouss\u00e9e sur l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9, que plus le programme vous passionne, plus vous avez tendance \u00e0 grignoter.<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude scientifique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e sur un groupe de 94 \u00e9tudiants qui ont eu le choix entre grignoter des M&amp;M\u2019s, des cookies, du raisin ou des carottes \u00e0 volont\u00e9 durant le programme, pendant une dur\u00e9e test de 20 mn. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les programmes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 split\u00e9s de la mani\u00e8re suivante : film d\u2019action <em>The island<\/em> (avec ou sans le son), talk show <em>The Charlie Rose show<\/em>. Il ressort de cette \u00e9tude que les personnes ayant visionn\u00e9 <em>The island<\/em>, un film d\u2019action, donc, ont et\u00e9 port\u00e9es \u00e0 grignoter davantage que celles visionnant le talk show.<br> Et la diff\u00e9rence se mesure en nombre de calories : 354 pour <em>The island<\/em> et 314 pour le film sans le son, contre 215 seulement pour le talk show soit une augmentation de 36 \u00e0 98% du grignotage devant un film d\u2019action. Les films d&rsquo;action feraient donc <strong>grossir<\/strong>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Pr\u00e9parer des collations healthy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus le film est prenant et moins vous vous rendez compte de ce que vous absorbez, parce que vous \u00eates concentr\u00e9 exclusivement sur les sc\u00e8nes du film, avec des plans courts et rapides, ce qui est justement le cas des films d\u2019action.
