Les s\u00e9ries doivent \u00eatre lourdes, au maximum du potentiel, entre 6 et 8 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions maximum, si vous arrivez \u00e0 faire plus de 8 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions, c&rsquo;est que la charge est trop l\u00e9g\u00e8re. Ne pas d\u00e9passer 1h 30 d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">La nutrition pour la prise de masse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous devez <strong>manger toutes les 3 heures<\/strong> comme un b\u00e9b\u00e9 en pleine croissance. Il faut viser un minimum de 8h de sommeil par nuit (plus une sieste, si votre emploi du temps vous le permet.)
