Pratiqu\u00e9 par les pompiers, les corps d&rsquo;\u00e9lite et les militaires, c&rsquo;est un <\/strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement\/programme-musculation-fitness\/\"><strong>programme de musculation <\/strong><\/a><strong>qui est con\u00e7u pour permettre d&rsquo;affronter toutes les situations professionnelles quotidiennes, en \u00e9tant au meilleur de sa forme et de ses performances.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;entrainement des corps d&rsquo;\u00e9lite<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Invent\u00e9 il y a plus de 20 ans aux USA, par Greg Glassman, le Crossfit est <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement\/exercices-musculation\/\">une combinaison d&rsquo;exercices<\/a><\/strong> intenses et chronom\u00e9tr\u00e9s, chaque jour diff\u00e9rents (WOD). Il alterne mouvements de gymnastique, halt\u00e9rophilie, athl\u00e9tisme, sprints et halt\u00e8res. Des accessoires sont parfois n\u00e9cessaires comme des kettlebells, un medecine ball, mais en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral le poids de corps, les tractions ou les sauts et pompes suffisent. Un circuit dure environ 20 \u00e0 30 mn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son but n&rsquo;est pas \u00e0 proprement parler la prise de muscle, mais plut\u00f4t d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer grandement l&rsquo;endurance et les performances. Toutefois, il est in\u00e9vitable de perdre du gras et de <strong>prendre du muscle sec<\/strong> en suivant ce programme. Convivial et exigeant, cette technique d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement compte de tr\u00e8s nombreux pratiquants r\u00e9guliers qui repr\u00e9sentent aux Etats-Unis une v\u00e9ritable communaut\u00e9, et est tr\u00e8s en vogue chez les sportifs de haut niveau, les acteurs de cin\u00e9ma en pr\u00e9paration sp\u00e9cifique.<br>Ce programme comporte toutefois quelques\u00a0 inconv\u00e9nients. Il ne vous fera sans doute pas prendre de \u00ab masse \u00bb, tant vous br\u00fblerez de calories. Vous risquez de vous blesser sans \u00e9chauffement et sans pr\u00e9paration sp\u00e9cifique car l&rsquo;encha\u00eenement de s\u00e9ries intenses peut fragiliser vos articulations, vos muscles et vos tendons. Il faut donc pratiquer avec un coach. Son efficacit\u00e9 est redoutable pour le cardio et <strong>la s\u00e8che<\/strong> et il n&rsquo;y a jamais de routine, puisque le programme change radicalement tous les jours. De plus les <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/testosterone-stimulants-hormonaux\/\">s\u00e9cr\u00e9tions d&rsquo;hormones<\/a><\/strong> sont boost\u00e9es par le volume et l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;entrainement.\u00a0L&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration <strong>de la force, de la r\u00e9sistance, de l&rsquo;endurance\u00a0et de la puissance<\/strong> sont impressionnants mais cette pratique d\u00e9veloppe aussi d&rsquo;autres qualit\u00e9s comme la souplesse, la vitesse, la coordination, l&rsquo;agilit\u00e9, l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre et la pr\u00e9cision !
