Car on a forc\u00e9ment fait quelques exc\u00e8s, que ce soit en graisses, en sucres (ou en alcool), selon nos penchants.<\/strong><br><strong>Les premiers \u00e0 trinquer, ce sont nos organes d&rsquo;\u00e9limination : le foie, les reins, le pancr\u00e9as\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#1 Choisir les aliments et \u00e9quilibrer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Normalement ceux-ci se d\u00e9brouillent tr\u00e8s bien, mais en cas d&rsquo;exc\u00e8s, leurs fonctions sont perturb\u00e9es et leur travail d&rsquo;\u00e9limination se fait moins bien, ils s&rsquo;encrassent\u2026<br>En revanche, un jour ou deux de menus \u00ab d\u00e9tox \u00bb suffisent \u00e0 remettre sur pied ces organes \u00ab\u00a0nettoyeurs\u00a0\u00bb et nous rendre pr\u00eats pour de nouveaux&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement\/programme-musculation-fitness\/\">programmes de musculation<\/a>.<\/strong>&nbsp;Le but est de ne pas apporter de travail suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 ces organes. Choisir&nbsp;<strong>des aliments faciles \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer soulage le foie<\/strong> : fruits frais, l\u00e9gumes vapeur pour faire le plein de vitamines de min\u00e9raux et de fibres, bonnes pour le transit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p> Choisir&nbsp;des aliments faciles \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer soulage le foie <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;artichaut est un d\u00e9puratif naturel. Le fenouil stimule la digestion, le pissenlit est un diur\u00e9tique l\u00e9ger. Le citron reste une valeur s\u00fbre. Le jus de carotte est \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique.<br>D&rsquo;autre part \u00e9vitez pendant quelques jours les sucres et c\u00e9r\u00e9ales raffin\u00e9s et les plats cuisin\u00e9s (quiches, pizzas, lasagnes\u2026), les viandes, f\u00e9culents, charcuteries, l&rsquo;alcool, le caf\u00e9, les desserts.<br>Ne vous privez pas cependant d&rsquo;une cuiller\u00e9e de ces bonnes huiles d&rsquo;olive ou de noix ou <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/noix-utiles-musculation\/\">consommez des ol\u00e9agineux<\/a><\/strong> (amandes, noix\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#2 Favoriser l&rsquo;\u00e9limination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrairement au foie qui se manifeste si on est barbouill\u00e9, les reins ne font pas mal, mais ils peinent quand m\u00eame \u00e0 faire leur travail.<br>Il faut bien s\u00fbr <strong>boire de l&rsquo;eau<\/strong> ou du th\u00e9 et des tisanes, (le caf\u00e9 est d\u00e9conseill\u00e9) mais sans exc\u00e8s.
