Pourtant, certains exercices, comme le squat, le d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 couch\u00e9, les dips \u2026 ne se contentent pas de d\u00e9velopper les muscles en action mais imposent une charge de travail intense de TOUT le corps qui induira une r\u00e9ponse hormonale significative b\u00e9n\u00e9fique au <a href=\"\/conseils\/polyarticulaire\/\"><strong>d\u00e9veloppement de l&rsquo;ensemble des groupes musculaires<\/strong><\/a>.
