Surtout si, le reste de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, il est plus difficile de trouver du temps pour se rendre au club.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Si, en temps normal, il n&rsquo;y a pas de surentrainement, ni de manque d&rsquo;entrainement, il est possible d&rsquo;ajuster son physique et sa qualit\u00e9 musculaire pendant les vacances. C&rsquo;est une bonne option pour \u00eatre bien muscl\u00e9 et sec en s&rsquo;entrainant moins intens\u00e9ment, mais plus r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.
