Un effort violent (ou intense) et sur une courte dur\u00e9e d\u00e9veloppe vos fibres blanches (celles qui ont une capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement important) et favorise le volume musculaire. Un entrainement de <a href=\"\/conseils\/\"><strong>musculation<\/strong> <\/a>productif devra donc \u00eatre intense (charges lourdes, intensit\u00e9, temps de repos relativement courts) et ne pas d\u00e9passer 1h15 id\u00e9alement. Si vous travaillez trop longtemps votre muscle, il va \u00e9puiser ses r\u00e9serves et ne pourra pas grossir.
