On a coutume de dire qu&rsquo;il faut respecter les biorythmes du corps et chacun a ses heures de pr\u00e9dilection pour s&rsquo;entrainer, mais il faut aussi compter avec son emploi du temps !<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Vos hormones fixent les r\u00e8gles de l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement <\/h2>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ce sont les hormones qui font que vous avez plut\u00f4t envie de dormir ou que vous \u00eates fin pr\u00eat pour une s\u00e9ance.<br>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, on fait <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/cardio-bruler-graisses\/\">du cardio<\/a><\/strong> le matin pour d\u00e9loger la graisse, mais l&rsquo;estomac vide ne permet pas bien de mobiliser les graisses. Certains sont bien incapables de soulever des poids avant midi, d&rsquo;autres enfin sont carr\u00e9ment \u00e9puis\u00e9s apr\u00e8s une journ\u00e9e de travail et ne peuvent s&rsquo;entrainer que le matin !<br>Une \u00e9tude a tent\u00e9 de mesurer si l&rsquo;exercice r\u00e9alis\u00e9, \u00e0 certains moment de la journ\u00e9e affecte les taux d&rsquo;IL-6 et de cortisol. Les participants ont effectu\u00e9 30 mn d&rsquo;exercice intense (3 s\u00e9ries de 8-12 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions pour 4 exercices de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 70% du 1RM) le matin de 8h15 \u00e0 9h et le soir de 18h15 \u00e0 19h. Le taux sanguin de IL-6 (une cytokine pro-inflammatoire induite par une s\u00e9ance de musculation) et de cortisol (hormone de stress g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par l&rsquo;effort) a \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9 avant et apr\u00e8s chaque session d&rsquo;exercice. Il n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 not\u00e9 de diff\u00e9rence significative entre les niveaux mesur\u00e9s chez les diff\u00e9rents groupes, donc l&rsquo;heure de l&rsquo;exercice n&rsquo;affecterait pas le processus d&rsquo;adaptation mol\u00e9culaire.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Manger selon le type de training <\/h2>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Le seul conseil est donc de vous alimenter en fonction de l&rsquo;exercice et de l&rsquo;objectif : si vous voulez <a href=\"\/56-bruleurs-de-graisse\"><strong>br\u00fbler des graisses<\/strong><\/a>, prenez une <a href=\"\/4-proteines\"><strong>prot\u00e9ine<\/strong><\/a> 45 mn avant l&rsquo;entrainement cardio.<br>Si vous voulez avoir de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie pour soulever des charges, prenez une solide collation associant glucides et prot\u00e9ines, une heure avant de vous entrainer.
