Nos reins ont la lourde t\u00e2che de r\u00e9guler ce PH. Si notre alimentation est trop acide, les reins puisent dans la base des min\u00e9raux alcalins stock\u00e9s dans nos os pour \u00ab tamponner \u00bb cette acidit\u00e9. S&rsquo;ils puisent trop dans les r\u00e9serves osseuses (calcium, sodium, phosphore), la sant\u00e9 et la solidit\u00e9 de nos os s&rsquo;en ressent en premier lieu. Ils ont constat\u00e9 que les peuples issus de pays consommant moins de viande et quasiment pas de laitages, mais plut\u00f4t des produits naturels de type fruits et l\u00e9gumes, comme le Japon, sont aussi ceux qui vivent le plus longtemps et souffrent le moins d&rsquo;ost\u00e9oporose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais attention, ne vous fiez pas au go\u00fbt, car les aliments les plus acides ne sont pas ceux qu&rsquo;on croit, par exemple le jus de citron est alcalinisant et donc lutte contre cette fameuse acidit\u00e9. Le vinaigre par contre n&rsquo;est pas indiqu\u00e9, sauf le vinaigre de cidre.<br>De plus consommer des aliments acides en association avec des aliments alcalins, permet de limiter leurs effets n\u00e9fastes. C&rsquo;est donc plus complexe qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y para\u00eet.
