Aussi, voici quelques erreurs \u00e0 \u00e9viter absolument, selon lui:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Aller \u00e0 la salle en touriste. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne pas se donner \u00e0 fond, <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement-echec-efficace\/\">stopper les s\u00e9ries bien avant l&rsquo;\u00e9chec musculaire<\/a><\/strong> fait que le muscle n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 assez stimul\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Rester trop longtemps sur les appareils d&rsquo;isolation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Taper plut\u00f4t sur un travail d&rsquo;<strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/exercices-base-vs-isolation\/\">exercices de base<\/a><\/strong> : barre et halt\u00e8re. Il faut avoir une bonne ex\u00e9cution et une charge contr\u00f4lable plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;une charge plus lourde et incontr\u00f4lable. Faites-vous suivre par un partenaire.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Faire des amplitudes de quelques centim\u00e8tres <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> Il faut descendre en amplitude compl\u00e8te.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Le surentra\u00eenement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le corps ne r\u00e9cup\u00e8re pas, voire il stagne carr\u00e9ment et r\u00e9gresse, \u00e7a peut aller jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la blessure de fatigue. N&rsquo;oubliez pas que le muscle grossit pendant la p\u00e9riode de repos.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">N\u00e9gliger la di\u00e9t\u00e9tique. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> \u00c0 savoir : c&rsquo;est la base des r\u00e9sultats. Alors attention \u00e0 votre assiette !<br><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Oublier sa bouteille d&rsquo;eau <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne pas boire est une erreur \u00e0 ne pas faire. <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/hydratation-que-boire-salle\/\">S&rsquo;hydrater aide \u00e0 bien r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer<\/a><\/strong> et \u00e9vite la d\u00e9shydratation.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Etre press\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> Si on veut des muscles en quelques semaines, ce n&rsquo;est pas possible. Il faut apprendre \u00e0 marcher avant de savoir courir, il faut \u00eatre pers\u00e9v\u00e9rant, patient et motiv\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Ne pas dormir assez<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sommeil est r\u00e9cup\u00e9rateur, il faut bien dormir pour bien se muscler. \u00c7a permet de <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement-booster-testosterone\/\">fabriquer plus de testost\u00e9rone<\/a><\/strong>, laquelle permet de produire du muscle et de <strong><a href=\"\/56-bruleurs-de-graisse\">br\u00fbler les graisses.<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Ne pas avoir de programme d&rsquo;entrainement <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut avoir une organisation. Avec un programme pr\u00e9cis, cela aide \u00e0 tenir sur le long terme.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Ne pas avoir d&rsquo;objectif. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9ussir, que \u00e7a soit en musculation ou dans la vie, il faut se fixer un but. Et bien s\u00fbr, il faut que cela soit r\u00e9alisable. Pensez, dans ce cas, \u00e0 fixer des objectifs interm\u00e9diaires. <\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Se peser tous les jours<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qui compte c&rsquo;est le miroir et l&rsquo;image qu&rsquo;il vous renvoie. <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/balancer-votre-balance\/\">Pas besoin de balance<\/a><\/strong>, les modifications physiques sont visibles \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u0153il nu. <\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Ne pas pers\u00e9v\u00e9rer dans l&rsquo;effort<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut \u00eatre motiv\u00e9,&nbsp; patient, pers\u00e9v\u00e9rant, vous \u00eates le reflet de vos efforts. Nous sommes dans un monde de consommation o\u00f9 le corps est devenu un produit. Le modifier sans effort et tout de suite, ce n&rsquo;est pas possible. Oubliez cette id\u00e9e, en musculation cela n&rsquo;existe pas.
