D&rsquo;autres exp\u00e9riences ont montr\u00e9 le lien existant entre la volont\u00e9 et l&rsquo;auto-contr\u00f4le, la contraction musculaire augmentant la volont\u00e9. Les participants \u00e0 cette \u00e9tude ignoraient ce qui \u00e9tait mesur\u00e9 chez eux et n&rsquo;ont donc pas pu tricher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourquoi se crisper rend-il plus zen ?
