Cela influencerait votre comportement alimentaire. On pourrait penser que c&rsquo;est dans le bon sens. Eh bien, non, justement !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Penser au sport fait grossir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon une \u00e9tude am\u00e9ricaine, portant sur deux groupes de participants, ceux \u00e0 qui on a demand\u00e9 d&rsquo;imaginer 30 mn d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique se servaient des portions plus copieuses lors du repas suivant. Leur estimation du nombre de calories \u00e9tait \u00e9galement fauss\u00e9. Le groupe ayant pens\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique avait tendance \u00e0 sous-estimer les apports caloriques de sa collation. Leurs portions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 50% plus caloriques que les portions de l&rsquo;autre groupe! Cela veut dire que penser au sport donne bonne conscience et nous fait manger davantage. Visualiser un effort entra\u00eene un effet de compensation en nourriture.&nbsp; Le sport imaginaire a donc les effets inverses de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 sportive qui est cens\u00e9e limiter nos apports et nous rendre plus raisonnables\u2026<br>Cessez donc de penser que vous irez \u00e0 la salle de gym et allez-y vraiment !
