Les effets sur le rythme cardiaque \u00e9taient dus \u00e9galement \u00e0 la course et pas seulement au Red Bull, mais certaines se sont plaintes de tremblements et maux de ventre. Peut-\u00eatre que les effets auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 plus probants sur des sujets non entrain\u00e9s, sur des hommes, ou avec des doses plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es ; cependant, aux doses utilis\u00e9es, il n&rsquo; y a pas eu de diff\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N&rsquo;oubliez pas que, pour les enfants, ces boissons sont proscrites. Pire, m\u00e9lang\u00e9es \u00e0 de l&rsquo;alcool, leurs effets sont dangereux. Mais que vous en preniez ou pas avant de vous entrainer, vous ne verrez pas vos <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/booster-energie\/\">niveaux d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et d&rsquo;endurance<\/a><\/strong> augmenter !
