Sportif ne rime pas avec stupide, loin de l\u00e0 !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un effet bonus pour le cerveau<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une \u00e9tude sur les enfants avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 montr\u00e9 que <strong>ceux qui faisaient du sport r\u00e9ussissaient mieux en maths<\/strong>. On sait \u00e9galement que <strong>les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es qui font du sport restent plus alertes aussi intellectuellement<\/strong> et que le sport diminue le stress. C&rsquo;est donc que <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/musculation-augmente-esperance-vie\/\">l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 du&nbsp; cerveau et l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique sont \u00e9troitement li\u00e9es<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/musculation-augmente-esperance-vie\/\">.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une mol\u00e9cule appel\u00e9e irisine serait impliqu\u00e9e dans cet <strong>effet booster du cerveau par l&rsquo;exercice<\/strong>. Cette mol\u00e9cule est produite dans le cerveau au cours de l&rsquo;exercice physique notamment les activit\u00e9s d&rsquo;endurance. Son r\u00f4le serait de stimuler les fonctions c\u00e9r\u00e9brales et notamment l&rsquo;apprentissage, tout en faisant reculer les sympt\u00f4mes de d\u00e9pression ou d&rsquo;AVC. Le r\u00f4le de cette mol\u00e9cule serait \u00e9galement neuroprotecteur.<br>La pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;irisine dans la circulation sanguine permet au facteur BDNF (Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor) d&rsquo;agir sur certains neurones du syst\u00e8me nerveux central et p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique. Ce facteur permet non seulement de pr\u00e9server les neurones existants mais aussi&nbsp; de favoriser la croissance de nouvelles cellules neuronales, indispensables pour l&rsquo;apprentissage, la m\u00e9moire (y compris celle \u00e0 long terme) et la plupart des fonctions cognitives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/conseils\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/graph.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude men\u00e9e pour l&rsquo;instant chez la souris montre que la suppression de l&rsquo;irisine coupe la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion de BDNF. Cette \u00e9tude pourrait \u00eatre extrapol\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;homme, cette prot\u00e9ine augmentant apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;exercice physique.
