Ce qui avait laiss\u00e9 croire que l&rsquo;exercice pouvait agir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une \u00e9tude de 6 semaines r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Southern Illinois a montr\u00e9 au contraire que <strong>l&rsquo;entrainement \u00e0 haut volume d&rsquo;exercices abdominaux<\/strong> n&rsquo;a, h\u00e9las, <strong>pas d&rsquo;effet sur le taux de graisse g\u00e9n\u00e9ral<\/strong>, ni sur le pourcentage de graisse abdominal, ni m\u00eame le tour de taille ou la mesure du pli de peau ventral.<br>Alors que la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;endurance \u00e0 l&rsquo;exercice abdominal des sujets a, quant \u00e0 elle, consid\u00e9rablement augment\u00e9.
