Les boissons gazeuses comme le soda ont largement \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9nigr\u00e9es et remplac\u00e9es par des boissons beaucoup plus saines \u00e0 base de fruits. De ce fait, on consomme des smoothies \u00e0 volont\u00e9, sous couvert de leur connotation \u00ab sant\u00e9\u00bb. Est-ce une erreur de faire confiance \u00e0 la valeur nutritionnelle des smoothies ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des sucres que l&rsquo;on ne soup\u00e7onne pas  <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Eh bien oui, car la majorit\u00e9 des smoothies, <strong>comme les jus de fruits, bien que \u00ab sains \u00bb sont beaucoup trop sucr\u00e9s<\/strong>. En effet, le fameux slogan \u00ab 5 fruits et l\u00e9gumes par jour \u00bb encourage les gens \u00e0 se rabattre sur ces cocktails de fruits pour leur sant\u00e9. Cette boisson \u00e0 la mode de 250 ml, permet de remplacer deux portions de fruits par jour. C&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;affirme Popkin , un \u00e9minent professeur au d\u00e9partement de nutrition \u00e0 l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Caroline du Nord, lors d&rsquo;une interview pour le journal The Guardian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sauf que les fruits et les l\u00e9gumes ce n&rsquo;est pas la m\u00eame chose et consommer 5 portions de l\u00e9gumes <strong>apporte beaucoup moins de sucres<\/strong>. Un fruit \u00e7a va, mais songez que un smoothie pr\u00eat \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi, apporte carr\u00e9ment l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent en sucres de 5 \u00e0 6 oranges, soit l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent d&rsquo;un grand soda ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le fructose reste un sucre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le fructose, sucre naturel des fruits ne doit donc pas \u00eatre n\u00e9glig\u00e9, si vous <a href=\"\/132-perte-de-poids\"><strong>surveillez votre tour de taille<\/strong><\/a>, car c&rsquo;est aussi un sucre, avec les m\u00eames effets n\u00e9fastes que les autres sucres sur l&rsquo;organisme..<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Edulcorants ou sucres naturels ajout\u00e9s sont \u00e9galement non identifi\u00e9s, cela peut \u00eatre aussi bien du sucre de canne que du sucre de betterave ou du sirop de ma\u00efs, le pire \u00e9tant un tout nouveau concentr\u00e9 de jus de fruits fabriqu\u00e9 en chine \u00e0 base de pomme, massivement utilis\u00e9 dans les boissons \u00e0 base de fruits, y compris les aliments pour b\u00e9b\u00e9.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente publi\u00e9e par la British Medical Association a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que manger des fruits frais cueillis provoque beaucoup moins de risque de diab\u00e8te de type 2 (diab\u00e8te li\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;ob\u00e9sit\u00e9), alors que ceux consommant les fruits sous forme de jus de fruits voyaient leur risque augmenter. Inqui\u00e9tant, si on note que la consommation moyenne par t\u00eate au Royaume Uni qui est de 227 l de liquides dont au moins 17,6 l par personne sous forme de smoothie ou jus de fruits, ne cesse d&rsquo;augmenter.
