Votre consommation de sucre sera sup\u00e9rieure de 3,95 g et les graisses satur\u00e9es de 3,48 g. Comparativement si vous mangez au restaurant, ce n\u2019est pas tellement mieux car l\u2019apport en calories augmente de 205,21 kcal, les graisses satur\u00e9es de 2,52 g, les apports en sodium de 451,06 mg.<br>\nPlus vous allez souvent au fast food, plus les calories se cumulent et c\u2019est vrai surtout pour les classes d\u00e9favoris\u00e9es, compte tenu du prix d\u2019un menu.
