Sa m\u00e9thode s&rsquo;appelle PRISE, ce sont les initiales de \u00ab\u00a0P\u00a0\u00bb comme <\/strong><a href=\"\/4-proteines\"><strong>Prot\u00e9ines<\/strong><\/a><strong>, \u00ab\u00a0R\u00a0\u00bb comme R\u00e9sistance, \u00ab\u00a0I\u00a0\u00bb comme Intervalles, \u00ab\u00a0S\u00a0\u00bb comme souplesse ou Stretching et \u00ab\u00a0E\u00a0\u00bb comme endurance.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PRISE, la m\u00e9thode \u00e0 tester<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7a peut para\u00eetre compliqu\u00e9 mais \u00e7a ne l\u2019est pas, car ce sont tout simplement les fondamentaux de l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique, destin\u00e9s \u00e0 une population en surpoids, donc peu habitu\u00e9e \u00e0 cela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Test\u00e9e sur des hommes et des femmes s\u00e9dentaires dont l\u2019\u00e2ge \u00e9tait compris entre 35 et 57 ans, cette m\u00e9thode a fait ses preuves, comparativement \u00e0 un groupe t\u00e9moin et un groupe musculation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La quantit\u00e9 de <a href=\"\/673-100-whey-protein-2350-scitec.html\"><strong>prot\u00e9ine de lactos\u00e9rum<\/strong><\/a> administr\u00e9e \u00e9tait la m\u00eame pour les trois groupes (20 g \u00e0 raison de 3 fois par jour, seul l\u2019exercice physique diff\u00e9rait&nbsp;: le groupe 1 a re\u00e7u de la prot\u00e9ine mais ne faisait pas d\u2019exercice, le groupe 2 a re\u00e7u des prot\u00e9ines et a effectu\u00e9 des exercices de r\u00e9sistance (de type pompes, squats\u2026 45 mn 4 fois par semaine), le groupe 3 a re\u00e7u des prot\u00e9ines tout en combinant diff\u00e9rents types d\u2019exercice&nbsp;: r\u00e9sistance avec \u00e9chauffement et \u00e9tirements (45 mn) + interval training sous forme de sprint altern\u00e9 avec des temps de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration (20 \u00e0 30 mn) + \u00e9tirements (yoga, pilates 45 mn) et endurance \u00e0 intensit\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e, au choix &nbsp;marche, course \u00e0 pied, v\u00e9lo, natation\u2026 (60 mn) , chacune r\u00e9alis\u00e9e des jours diff\u00e9rents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" src=\"\/conseils\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/iStock_000011269060_Medium-kzenon-500.png\" alt=\"L'alternance d'exercices plus efficace que la pratique d'un seul\" class=\"wp-image-7937\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/conseils\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/iStock_000011269060_Medium-kzenon-500.png 500w, https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/conseils\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/iStock_000011269060_Medium-kzenon-500-300x199.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tous les groupes ont tout de m\u00eame perdu du poids corporel, au terme de ces 16 semaines d\u2019\u00e9tudes, il se trouve que le groupe PRISE a obtenu des r\u00e9sultats nettement sup\u00e9rieurs aux deux autres groupes, \u00e0 la fois en termes de <strong><a href=\"\/132-perte-de-poids\">perte de poids<\/a><\/strong> (7 kg en moyenne), perte de masse grasse, diminution du tour de taille et <a href=\"\/74-prendre-du-muscle-sec\"><strong>augmentation de la masse musculaire<\/strong><\/a>, sans parler des am\u00e9liorations sant\u00e9 ( baisse de la glyc\u00e9mie et de la tension).
