Ici, il est d\u00e9clin\u00e9 avec des noix de cajou pour sublimer le go\u00fbt du poulet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Une recette nutritive et int\u00e9ressante<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les nouilles Soba sont tr\u00e8s nutritives, elles contiennent des <a href=\"\/4-proteines\"><strong>prot\u00e9ines<\/strong><\/a>, fibres, min\u00e9raux et vitamines du sarrasin, qui est&nbsp;riche en magn\u00e9sium et en cuivre. (pour r\u00e9sister \u00e0 l&rsquo;hiver !) Le brocoli est un l\u00e9gume d&rsquo;hiver riche en vitamine C et antioxydants, vitamine E et min\u00e9raux, qui fait partie des aliments recommand\u00e9 pour la testost\u00e9rone, \u00e0 condition de le consommer croquant. Couvrir et laisser cuire \u00e0 feu doux entre 3 \u00e0 5 mn pour que les l\u00e9gumes restent croquants. Egoutter et garder au chaud.<\/li><li>Pendant ce temps \u00e0 la po\u00eble ou au wok, faire revenir l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, le gingembre et l\u2019ail \u00e0 feu vif. Cuire et remuer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019ail devienne dor\u00e9 sans brunir. Ajouter la sauce soja et l\u2019huile de s\u00e9same. Faire revenir 5 mn jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le poulet devienne dor\u00e9.
