On les attend et on sera heureux de les publier !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#1 Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>250 ml de lait \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9<\/li><li>3 blanc \u0153ufs + 2 \u0153ufs entier<\/li><li>1 dose de gainer <strong>Mass Tech<\/strong> chocolat<\/li><li>Pain de mie blanc ou complet<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#2 Recette<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>M\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients , \u0153ufs, lait et gainer dans un saladier.<\/li><li>Prendre une tranche de pain de mie, et le tremper &nbsp;dans la pr\u00e9paration des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Le pain doit bien s\u2019imbiber &nbsp;du m\u00e9lange, mais ne pas trop ramollir, pour ne pas se casser.<\/li><li>Le faire cuire 1 mn dans une po\u00eale chaude avec un peu de beurre, le retourner puis cuire encore 1mn l&rsquo;autre face<\/li><li>Recommencer avec autant de tranches que vous le souhaitez.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-quote is-\">\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__quote\">\n    <blockquote>Recette id\u00e9ale pour ceux qui ont du mal \u00e0 prendre de la masse<\/blockquote>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">\n\nC&rsquo;est une recette id\u00e9ale, \u00e0 base de<strong> prot\u00e9ines alimentaires<\/strong> lait et oeuf et de prot\u00e9ines en poudre contenues dans le Mass Tech) et de <strong>glucides<\/strong> (pain de mie et Mass tech), mais <strong>sans sucre ajout\u00e9<\/strong>, toutefois, pour ceux qui ne comptent pas trop les calories et ont <strong>du mal \u00e0 prendre du poids<\/strong>, tout <a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement\/programme-musculation-fitness\/\"><strong>en s&rsquo;entrainant de fa\u00e7on intensive pour d\u00e9velopper le volume musculaire<\/strong><\/a>.
