Limiter l&rsquo;apport des calories en soir\u00e9e et les concentrer le matin et le midi, surtout celles issues des glucides, afin de permettre \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie ainsi emmagasin\u00e9e d&rsquo;\u00eatre br\u00fbl\u00e9e au cours de la journ\u00e9e et d&rsquo;\u00e9viter le stockage.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une \u00e9tude de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Murcia en Espagne montre que l&rsquo;heure des repas est un facteur important <\/strong><a href=\"\/132-perte-de-poids\" class=\"broken_link\"><strong>pour les personnes cherchant \u00e0 perdre du poids<\/strong><\/a><strong>. Les chercheurs ont mis en \u00e9vidence que l&rsquo;heure \u00e0 laquelle les gens prennent leur repas de midi joue grandement sur la perte de poids. En effet, ceux qui prennent leur repas de midi plus t\u00f4t ont un bien meilleur ratio de perte de poids que ceux qui d\u00e9jeunent plus tardivement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>L&rsquo;heure des repas pourrait influencer la perte de poids!<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude a port\u00e9 sur 420 personnes durant un programme de 20 semaines de perte de poids. Les \u00ab\u00a0mange-tard\u00a0\u00bb ont perdu moins de poids que les \u00ab\u00a0mange-t\u00f4t\u00a0\u00bb et ont eu une sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;insuline fortement amoindrie, ce qui peut, de plus, d\u00e9clencher un diab\u00e8te de type 2. L&rsquo;\u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 conduite en Espagne o\u00f9 le repas de midi est le principal repas de la journ\u00e9e et le plus important. Le timing du petit d\u00e9jeuner ou du diner n&rsquo;ont pas d&rsquo;effet sur la sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;insuline.
