Mais si notre corps se ligue contre le r\u00e9gime, pour mettre en place un v\u00e9ritable m\u00e9canisme d&rsquo;auto-d\u00e9fense \u2026 que faire ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les hormones jouent des tours \u00e0 notre r\u00e9gime<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude publi\u00e9e dans le New England Journal of Medicine par des chercheurs Australiens, a port\u00e9 sur des sujets en surpoids. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis \u00e0 un r\u00e9gime tr\u00e8s strict (500 calories par jour) accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;<a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement\/programme-musculation-fitness\/\"><strong>un programme d&rsquo;exercices<\/strong><\/a> pendant 10 semaines, sous la surveillance d&rsquo;une di\u00e9t\u00e9ticienne. Les chercheurs ont mesur\u00e9 les taux d&rsquo;hormones avant, pendant et apr\u00e8s le programme de perte de poids. Ils ont bien constat\u00e9 une perte moyenne de 13,5 kg, au terme des 10 semaines. Malgr\u00e9 cela, les hormones qui contr\u00f4lent l&rsquo;app\u00e9tit \u00e9taient en pleine effervescence. En effet, les hormones intervenant sur la sati\u00e9t\u00e9, telles que la leptine, la chol\u00e9cystokinine, l&rsquo;insuline et le peptide YY \u00e9taient en baisse. Tandis que la ghr\u00e9line, hormone stimulant l&rsquo;app\u00e9tit \u00e9tait en hausse au contraire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un effort permanent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, au bout d&rsquo;un an, la perte significative n&rsquo;\u00e9tait plus que de 7,9 kg. Cela est sans doute d\u00fb au fait de cette mobilisation des hormones pour tenter de revenir au plus vite \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat initial !
