Sur 113 sujets ayant un taux de cholest\u00e9rol \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s normal, 3 groupes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9s, l&rsquo;un recevant 3g d&rsquo;huile de krill, le second 1,8g d&rsquo;huile de poisson, le 3\u00b0 aucune suppl\u00e9mentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les taux d&rsquo;EPA et DHA qui aident \u00e0 lutter contre les maladies cardio-vasculaires ont augment\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on similaire dans les deux premiers groupes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Huile de krill VS huile de poisson !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les deux groupes huile (krill et poisson) ont vu leurs taux l&rsquo;acide gras poly insatur\u00e9s augmenter, et m\u00eame encore plus dans le groupe krill (sans doute d\u00fb \u00e0 une meilleure biodisponibilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;huile de krill, car les acides gras poly-insatur\u00e9s sont pr\u00e9sents sous forme de phospholipides, alors qu&rsquo;ils sont sous forme de triglyc\u00e9rides dans les huiles de poisson).
