Pour cela, le mouvement id\u00e9al sera le rowing barre coudes \u00e9cart\u00e9s, avec le buste bien pench\u00e9 en avant, dos cambr\u00e9 en tenant les coudes tr\u00e8s haut. Le travail est un peu diff\u00e9rent de celui r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 la T-barre machine, qui sollicite beaucoup plus les dorsaux et beaucoup moins la ceinture scapulaire.
