Cela est d\u00fb \u00e0 la conversion de l&rsquo;hormone surr\u00e9nale androst\u00e8nedione en testost\u00e9rone et en oestrog\u00e8nes dans les muscles squelettiques. <strong>L&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique <\/strong>est une v\u00e9ritable fontaine de jouvence car elle<strong> maintient la masse musculaire, <\/strong>qui est au c\u0153ur de la sant\u00e9 m\u00e9tabolique.
