On vous a dit que\u2026 vous avez lu que\u2026 , ou vous avez l&rsquo;impression de l&rsquo;avoir toujours su\u2026 Pourtant, de fausses croyances circulent, certains rapportent des lieux communs ou des clich\u00e9s qui finissent par sembler vrais, tant on les a entendus.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour augmenter mon apport calorique je dois manger beaucoup de glucides<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est vrai et faux ! Certes les glucides apportent&nbsp; bien des calories mais pas plus que les prot\u00e9ines (4 kCal pour 1 gramme de glucides et pour 1g de prot\u00e9ines). Si <a href=\"\/74-prendre-du-muscle-sec\"><strong>votre objectif est de prendre du muscle,<\/strong> <\/a>pensez plut\u00f4t \u00e0 augmenter la part journali\u00e8re des prot\u00e9ines ! En effet, les prot\u00e9ines vous apporteront non seulement des calories mais en plus le mat\u00e9riau n\u00e9cessaire pour fabriquer du muscle. Si, comme c&rsquo;est souvent le cas, vous consommez 1.5g de prot\u00e9ine (par kilo de poids de corps) pour 7g de glucides (par kilo de poids de corps), \u00e0 apport calorique \u00e9gal, vous ne prendrez pour ainsi dire pas de muscle (mais de la masse grasse certainement) en comparaison avec celui qui consommera 3g de prot\u00e9ines et 5g de glucides. Dans l&rsquo;ensemble, nous mangeons trop de pain, de p\u00e2tes, de riz et pas assez de fibres et d&rsquo;ol\u00e9agineux (noix). Si votre objectif est uniquement d&rsquo;augmenter le nombre de calories pour prendre du poids, alors consommez plut\u00f4t des graisses qui vous apporteront 9 kcal par gramme.
