Est-ce bon signe d&rsquo;en avoir apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;entrainement?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p> Le l\u00e9gendaire bodybuilder Arnold Swchwarzenegger, dans son premier film <em>Stay hungry<\/em> disait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00ab You must burn to grow \u00bb autrement dit, le muscle doit aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la br\u00fblure pour grossir. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Mais il n&rsquo;avait peut-\u00eatre pas tout \u00e0 fait raison&#8230; car la courbature est le signe que votre muscle a certes, bien travaill\u00e9. Mais s&rsquo;il a souffert, cela ne veut pas forc\u00e9ment dire qu&rsquo;il a grossi. A l&rsquo;inverse, si vous ne sentez pas de courbatures, ce n&rsquo;est pas forc\u00e9ment parce que votre entrainement n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 bon&#8230; Mais peut-\u00eatre tout simplement vos muscles s&rsquo;y sont habitu\u00e9s.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"columns-push-product\">\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__body\">\n    \r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Limitez les courbatures<\/strong> <\/p>\r\n\r\n\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__product\">\n      <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Avoir des courbatures, c&rsquo;est bien ou pas ?<\/h2>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Endommagez vos fibres<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>De r\u00e9centes \u00e9tudes biochimiques montrent que les dommages musculaires sont un facteur critique pour augmenter la croissance musculaire. Pousser les muscles \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chec est le meilleur moyen d\u2019augmenter leur taille et d\u2019endommager les fibres. Tenter de <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/anti-inflammatoire-muscle\/\">bloquer l\u2019inflammation avec de l\u2019ibuprof\u00e8ne<\/a><\/strong>, interf\u00e8re avec la <strong>synth\u00e8se des<\/strong> <strong>prot\u00e9ines<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Brad Schoenfeld et Bret Contreras se sont pos\u00e9 la question de savoir si les courbatures pouvaient \u00eatre un indicateur fiable de l\u2019adaptation musculaire. Tous les types de muscles n\u2019ont pas le m\u00eame \u00ab\u00a0degr\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb de courbatures post-exercices. Des <strong>dommages musculaires<\/strong> excessifs peuvent m\u00eame d\u00e9clencher une rhabdomyolise, qui est potentiellement mortelle, (dans des cas extr\u00eames d&rsquo;accidents ou catastrophes). Il faut donc bien se connaitre pour <strong>solliciter ses muscles de la bonne fa\u00e7on pour les faire grossir<\/strong>.
