Ils repr\u00e9sentent 33% du muscle squelettique et sont rapidement recycl\u00e9s durant l\u2019exercice.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Essentiels pour la synth\u00e8se prot\u00e9ique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils sont reconnus comme<strong> <a href=\"\/conseils\/acides-amines\/\">essentiels pour la synth\u00e8se prot\u00e9ique<\/a><\/strong>. Des chercheurs finlandais ont \u00e9mis l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se que <strong>les BCAA seraient aussi d\u2019importants r\u00e9gulateurs du m\u00e9tabolisme des graisses<\/strong>.
