On a coutume de dire que l&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement permet de meilleures performances&nbsp; et un entrainement sans blessure. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement pr\u00e9pare le corps <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En <a href=\"\/\"><strong>musculation<\/strong><\/a>, il pr\u00e9pare le corps et le syst\u00e8me nerveux \u00e0 s&rsquo;entrainer, il augmente la circulation sanguine vers les muscles, la lubrification des articulations. Mieux pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 soulever des poids, les muscles sont plus flexibles et risquent moins de blessures. On conseille toujours de commencer par une activit\u00e9 cardio l\u00e9g\u00e8re, au moins 5 mn \u00e0 10 mn pour mettre le corps en route et \u00e9lever la temp\u00e9rature corporelle. Cette &nbsp;l\u00e9g\u00e8re&nbsp;\u00e9l\u00e9vation de temp\u00e9rature&nbsp;met en condition les muscles, tendons et le syst\u00e8me nerveux et pr\u00e9pare le corps \u00e0 une activit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, tout en se concentrant en amont. Ensuite, il faudra \u00e9chauffer sp\u00e9cifiquement les muscles que vous allez travailler, sans les sur-fatiguer de fa\u00e7on progressive. Cela peut se faire en effectuant par exemple une s\u00e9rie l\u00e9g\u00e8re de 10 \u00e0 12 reps et pour passer ensuite au lourd, il faudra effectuer 2 ou 3 s\u00e9ries pyramidales, en augmentant progressivement les poids et diminuant les reps. Marquez un temps de repos suffisant avant de commencer votre s\u00e9ance. C&rsquo;est le premier <a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement\/exercices-musculation\/\"><strong>exercice de chaque groupe musculaire<\/strong> <\/a>qui servira d&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement, apr\u00e8s, vos muscles seront chauds et il ne faudra plus gaspiller votre \u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente vient encore de d\u00e9montrer les bienfaits d&rsquo;un bon \u00e9chauffement. Les temps de conduction nerveuse et d&rsquo;excitabilit\u00e9 du muscle ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9s avec ou sans \u00e9chauffement.
