Donc, contrairement aux id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues, elle ne se trouve pas en quantit\u00e9 suffisante dans la bi\u00e8re, et perd ses principales propri\u00e9t\u00e9s, celles des prot\u00e9ines de levure de bi\u00e8re, m\u00eame en en consommant des litres. Il s&rsquo;agit dans les eaux islandaises d&rsquo;une esp\u00e8ce de baleine commun\u00e9ment p\u00each\u00e9e, alors que dans d&rsquo;autres pays, elle est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une esp\u00e8ce menac\u00e9e ou en voie de disparition.<br>\nL&rsquo;Islande est un des rares pays avec la Norv\u00e8ge, \u00e0 ne pas respecter l&rsquo;interdiction de p\u00eache et \u00e0 avoir repris la chasse commerciale (principalement en vue d&rsquo;exportation au Japon). Le cr\u00e9ateur a pour argument que la viande de baleine est <b>s<\/b>aine, <b>bourr\u00e9e de prot\u00e9ines, faible en gras<\/b>&nbsp;et bonne pour la sant\u00e9, donc que sa bi\u00e8re l&rsquo;est aussi. Le marketing affirme que les consommateurs de cette bi\u00e8re seront de \u00ab v\u00e9ritables vikings \u00bb, dont la force physique et la virilit\u00e9 sont l\u00e9gendaires.
