C\u2019est le moment d\u2019y penser, car la p\u00e9riode des f\u00eates est propice \u00e0 quelques exc\u00e8s. Le reste de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, on a parfois juste envie de prendre un verre apr\u00e8s le bureau pour d\u00e9compresser. Pourtant, ce que vous voulez le moins, c\u2019est risquer de perdre <a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement\/programme-musculation-fitness\/\">tous les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de votre entrainement<\/a>&nbsp;. Rien n&rsquo;oblige \u00e0 sacrifier votre physique si ch\u00e8rement gagn\u00e9 \u00e0 soulever de la fonte. Fort heureusement, les effets nocifs de l\u2019alcool sur <a href=\"\/74-prendre-du-muscle-sec\">la prise de muscle<\/a> sont directement li\u00e9s \u00e0 la dose consomm\u00e9e. Un seul verre n\u2019a pas de cons\u00e9quences sur la perte musculaire. Il pourrait&nbsp;m\u00eame&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/62-anabolisants-naturels\">stimuler la production de testost\u00e9rone.<\/a>&nbsp;Alors qu\u2019une grosse consommation\u2026 c\u2019est une autre histoire.<\/strong><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">L&rsquo;alcool bloque la synth\u00e8se des prot\u00e9ines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9ponse anabolique qui permet de <strong>fabriquer du muscle<\/strong> est due au fragile \u00e9quilibre entre la synth\u00e8se des prot\u00e9ines et leur destruction, dont le bonus profite \u00e0<strong> la croissance musculaire<\/strong>. Or cette r\u00e9ponse anabolique peut \u00eatre compromise par une consommation excessive d\u2019alcool, qui bloque la synth\u00e8se des prot\u00e9ines et donc la croissance musculaire.<br>L\u2019exposition des cellules musculaires \u00e0 l\u2019alcool se traduit par une baisse (-30% )de la capacit\u00e9 de l\u2019insuline \u00e0 stimuler la synth\u00e8se des prot\u00e9ines (-60%). L\u2019alcool n\u2019agit pas directement sur la d\u00e9gradation des <a href=\"\/4-proteines\"><strong>prot\u00e9ines musculaires<\/strong><\/a> mais affecte la synth\u00e8se des prot\u00e9ines. L\u2019alcool limite la production d\u2019acide phosphatidique lui-m\u00eame impliqu\u00e9 dans le processus mTOR qui conduit \u00e0 la synth\u00e8se des prot\u00e9ines. Les fibres rapides sont capables de se contracter plus et plus vite que les autres et sont plus larges. Ce sont donc elles qui ont le r\u00f4le le plus important \u00e0 jouer dans la croissance musculaire, permettant <strong>des gains sup\u00e9rieurs de volume et de force<\/strong>. Malheureusement ce sont aussi les types de fibres influenc\u00e9s en priorit\u00e9 par l\u2019alcool. Ce sont donc celles sur lesquelles l\u2019alcool aura le plus d\u2019effets n\u00e9gatifs.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">L&rsquo;alcool ralentit la croissance musculaire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019alcool influencerait les niveaux de myostatine.<br>Cette myostatine augmente dans les muscles en pr\u00e9sence d\u2019alcool et est capable de r\u00e9duire la prise de muscle en emp\u00eachant la cr\u00e9ation de nouvelles fibres. L\u2019alcool aurait donc aussi un effet sur la myostatine. Par son interm\u00e9diaire, il aurait un effet n\u00e9gatif sur la croissance musculaire, ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 lors d\u2019une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e chez le rat durant 16 semaines. La consommation d\u2019alcool a bien \u00e9lev\u00e9 le taux de myostatine, ce qui a eu \u00e9galement pour effet d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la perte de masse musculaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tout est question de dosage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une consommation excessive d\u2019alcool alt\u00e8re la quantit\u00e9 de testost\u00e9rone. Or&nbsp; on sait \u00e0 quel point cette hormone <strong>joue un r\u00f4le important dans le d\u00e9veloppement musculaire<\/strong>. Fort heureusement, cet effet serait surtout d\u00fb \u00e0 la dose d\u2019alcool ing\u00e9r\u00e9e. En effet, selon une \u00e9tude, le fait de consommer deux verres d\u2019alcool serait b\u00e9n\u00e9fique, car augmenterait la testost\u00e9rone de 17%. Ceci est caus\u00e9 par le coenzyme NADH, qui, en pr\u00e9sence d\u2019alcool, active des processus chimiques du m\u00e9tabolisme pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de l\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e0 partir de l\u2019alcool consomm\u00e9. L\u2019augmentation de NADH influence \u00e9galement l\u2019activit\u00e9 de la 17-beta-HSD qui catalyse la production de testost\u00e9rone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par contre, une autre \u00e9tude d\u00e9montre qu\u2019\u00e0 hautes doses, c\u2019est le contraire. La consommation de 6 \u00e0 7 verres d\u2019alcool diminue la testost\u00e9rone de 23% et ce, entre 10 et 16 heures, apr\u00e8s la prise de votre dernier verre. Le processus n\u2019est pas le m\u00eame car au-del\u00e0 d\u2019une certaine dose, l\u2019alcool devient toxique pour les cellules de Leydig, le si\u00e8ge m\u00eame de la production de testost\u00e9rone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le lendemain aussi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Autant dire que si vous sortez et buvez excessivement le soir, vous en paierez encore les effets lors de votre entrainement du lendemain matin&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sans compter que des quantit\u00e9s d\u2019alcool \u00e9lev\u00e9es ont un effet spectaculaire sur le cortisol qui augmente de 152%, \u00e0 peine 4H apr\u00e8s votre soir\u00e9e bien arros\u00e9e.
