C&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;on appelle les iso contractions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br> Ces contractions volontaires, apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9rie, vont <strong>intensifier la contraction musculaire<\/strong> jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la br\u00fblure intense qui va d\u00e9clencher une r\u00e9ponse hormonale (hormone de croissance) imm\u00e9diate et donc favoriser l&rsquo;hyperplasie musculaire (la division et multiplication des cellules).<br> Les iso contractions vont \u00e9galement permettre une <strong>extraordinaire congestion<\/strong> (un afflux tr\u00e8s important de sang) lequel va apporter en grande quantit\u00e9 les nutriments directement aux muscles et donc <strong>d\u00e9clencher l&rsquo;hypertrophie musculaire<\/strong> (augmentation de la taille des cellules).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin les iso contractions, en dehors de l&rsquo;<strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement\/programme-musculation-fitness\/\">entrainement de musculation<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement\/programme-musculation-fitness\/\">, <\/a>autrement dit \u00ab\u00a0contractions par la seule volont\u00e9 et sans charges\u00a0\u00bb, permettent de mobiliser plus de terminaisons nerveuses pour contracter le muscle et donc d&rsquo;optimiser la relation entre le cerveau et les muscles.
