Au quotidien l&rsquo;organisme n&rsquo;a pas besoin d&rsquo;avoir de gros muscles qui lui co\u00fbtent cher en \u00e9nergie, son r\u00e9flexe sera alors d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer le surplus.<br>\nAlors, ne comptez pas garder vos acquis sans rien faire.
