Tous ont re\u00e7u une boisson de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration juste apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;effort. Ils ont ensuite consomm\u00e9 la nourriture qu&rsquo;ils souhaitaient le reste de la journ\u00e9e.<br>Ceux qui s&rsquo;\u00e9taient entrain\u00e9s le matin n&rsquo;avaient non seulement pas compens\u00e9 les calories lors des repas suivants et avaient en plus br\u00fbl\u00e9 20% de graisse suppl\u00e9mentaire. D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s le Dr Gonzalez en charge de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude, c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s simple, il faut <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/compter-calories-perte-poids\/\">d\u00e9penser plus de calories<\/a><\/strong> que nous en consommons. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>C&rsquo;est essentiel pour que l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie soit produite par la graisse stock\u00e9e<\/p><\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><br>Le je\u00fbne baisse \u00e9galement le niveau d&rsquo;insuline, qui lorsqu&rsquo;elle est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, emp\u00eache d&rsquo;utiliser la fili\u00e8re des graisses pour l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. L&rsquo;insuline \u00e9tant basse, les r\u00e9serves de graisses sont donc plus rapidement mobilis\u00e9es et d\u00e9grad\u00e9es.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">\u00c7a d\u00e9pend de ce que vous mangez <\/h2>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Juste avant l&rsquo;entrainement, 30 mn avant exactement. Une \u00e9tude publi\u00e9e dans la revue <em>Medicine and Science In sports &amp; Exercise<\/em>, montre que la prise de 20 g de prot\u00e9ines augmente le m\u00e9tabolisme pendant 24H. <strong>La pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;acides amin\u00e9s active la synth\u00e8se des prot\u00e9ines <\/strong>et relance la production de testost\u00e9rone.<br>Juste apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;entrainement, un nouveau shake de prot\u00e9ines permet de maintenir le d\u00e9veloppement musculaire, alors que la combustion des graisses se poursuit.<br>On ne parle pas de petit d\u00e9jeuner hyper copieux, mais compos\u00e9 au minimum de glucides et de <a href=\"\/4-proteines\"><strong>prot\u00e9ines<\/strong><\/a>. Par exemple : des fruits et du fromage blanc (ou juste de la whey proteine). <strong>En associant prot\u00e9ine et caf\u00e9ine<\/strong>, juste avant l&rsquo;effort, vous avez le double avantage d&rsquo;\u00e9viter la d\u00e9gradation des prot\u00e9ines caus\u00e9e par l&rsquo;entrainement \u00e0 jeun. Tout en ayant l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire pour vous entrainer et <strong><a href=\"\/56-bruleurs-de-graisse\">br\u00fbler plus de graisses<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"\/56-bruleurs-de-graisse\">.<\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">\u00c7a d\u00e9pend de votre objectif : muscle ou s\u00e8che <\/h2>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>L&rsquo;hydratation est importante, mais pas forc\u00e9ment la nutrition. Surtout si vous vous entra\u00eenez mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment et sur une dur\u00e9e d&rsquo;environ 1H. S\u2019entra\u00eener \u00e0 jeun obligerait les mitochondries \u00e0 utiliser les graisses stock\u00e9es comme source de carburant, en \u00e9pargnant le glycog\u00e8ne pour un autre moment.<br>De plus <strong>s\u2019entra\u00eener \u00e0 jeun permet de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/62-anabolisants-naturels\">maintenir les niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s d&rsquo;hormone de croissance<\/a><\/strong> de la nuit et donc&nbsp;de mobiliser les graisses stock\u00e9es.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Tout d\u00e9pend donc plut\u00f4t de l&rsquo;objectif: si vous voulez perdre du gras entra\u00eenez-vous \u00e0 jeun et si vous voulez construire du muscle, mangez des glucides complexes et des prot\u00e9ines au moins 1 H avant l&rsquo;entrainement. L&rsquo;\u00e9nergie durant l&rsquo;exercice est fournie principalement par le glycog\u00e8ne et la d\u00e9gradation des graisses, deux fili\u00e8res sollicit\u00e9es suivant l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9. L&rsquo;exercice de faible intensit\u00e9 mobilise les graisses, alors que la haute intensit\u00e9 a besoin de glycog\u00e8ne.
