La dose recommand\u00e9e par le U.S. Department of Agriculture est de 4,7 mg. &nbsp; Or une pression art\u00e9rielle \u00e9lev\u00e9e est bien souvent li\u00e9e aux maladies cardio-vasculaires et \u00e0 l&rsquo;ob\u00e9sit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mieux dormir gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la banane<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La banane favoriserait \u00e9galement l\u2019endormissement car elle contient des min\u00e9raux relaxants comme le&nbsp;potassium, le&nbsp;magn\u00e9sium, et du tryptophane, un acide amin\u00e9 impliqu\u00e9 dans la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion de s\u00e9rotonine et de m\u00e9latonine. L\u2019une de ces hormones favoriserait la d\u00e9tente et le bien-\u00eatre et l\u2019autre les cycles du sommeil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La banane et de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les bananes sont une bonne source d&rsquo;hydrates de carbone qui apportent de l\u2019\u00e9nergie et se transforment rapidement en carburant pour l\u2019effort d\u2019endurance ou au bureau lorsque vous avez besoin de concentration. Manger une banane en collation avant l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement vous donnera la p\u00eache et juste apr\u00e8s, elle vous \u00e9vitera les douleurs musculaires et les crampes.&nbsp;C\u2019est toujours bon \u00e0 savoir si vous n\u2019\u00eates pas en s\u00e8che.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Les autres fruits et l\u00e9gumes <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bonne nouvelle : il n&rsquo;y a pas que les bananes qui en contiennent : les \u00e9pinards, les abricots secs, les pommes de terre, les avocats, les tomates et les oranges en apportent \u00e9galement de fa\u00e7on naturelle.
