Activer le m\u00e9tabolisme d\u00e8s le matin permet de r\u00e9duire les graisses toute la journ\u00e9e.<br>\nC&rsquo;est d&rsquo;autant plus difficile \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre, que notre culture occidentale ne permet pas forc\u00e9ment de faire un vrai repas le matin avant d&rsquo;aller travailler, mais au contraire pour certains signifie simplement avaler un caf\u00e9 vite fait.
