Notamment la ghr\u00e9line est une hormone li\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;app\u00e9tit, dont le taux augmente avant le repas, et diminue apr\u00e8s le repas. Plus est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus elle d\u00e9clenche la faim, alors que la chol\u00e9cystokinine\u00a0 et le GLP-1 ont une action qui d\u00e9clenche la sati\u00e9t\u00e9 (plus faim).<br>M\u00e2cher plus souvent rend donc le m\u00e9tabolisme plus efficace en aidant \u00e0 lib\u00e9rer les hormones de la sati\u00e9t\u00e9.
