Or le combo tomate et avocat, serait selon les chercheurs, le menu d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 id\u00e9al !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Pourquoi la tomate est-elle healthy? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s une \u00e9tude des chercheurs de l&rsquo;Ohio State University, l&rsquo;<strong>association de l&rsquo;avocat et de la tomate<\/strong> permettrait d&rsquo;absorber 4 fois et demi le lycop\u00e8ne de la tomate. Ce qui en fait le <strong>menu id\u00e9al de l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong> pour plusieurs raisons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le lycop\u00e8ne de la tomate est utile pour pr\u00e9venir le risque de cancer, de combattre les maladies inflammatoires, de retarder les effets du vieillissement. Le principal responsable de cette destruction cellulaire \u00e9tant les radicaux libres, capables de d\u00e9truire aussi bien les lipides, les prot\u00e9ines et l&rsquo;ADN.&nbsp;La tomate, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;un des aliments les plus sains et elle regorge de vitamines bonnes pour la sant\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente montre que la tomate cache un autre secret : elle r\u00e9duit l&rsquo;app\u00e9tit. Ce qui lui donne un avantage certain en cas de r\u00e9gime.
