Ce n\u2019est pas in\u00e9luctable. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plus de testost\u00e9rone = moins de gras <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, d\u2019apr\u00e8s cette \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par la Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH), les hommes ayant fait <strong>20 minutes de<\/strong> <strong>musculation<\/strong> ont eu de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats sur la <a href=\"\/conseils\/programme-alimentaire-seche-musculaire\/\"><strong>graisse abdominale<\/strong><\/a> que ceux ayant pratiqu\u00e9 une activit\u00e9 cardio sur le m\u00eame temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors que d\u2019autres \u00e9tudes ant\u00e9rieures sur des sujets diab\u00e9tiques ou en surpoids n\u2019avaient pas montr\u00e9 de diff\u00e9rence significative, cette \u00e9tude au contraire met en \u00e9vidence un r\u00e9sultat prouv\u00e9 sur un large panel d\u2019hommes en bonne sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Musculation, tour de taille et taux de testo chez les plus de 40 ans<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Men\u00e9e pendant 12 ans, sur 10500 hommes \u00e2g\u00e9s de 40 ans, menant une vie saine, cette exp\u00e9rience a mesur\u00e9 r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement leur activit\u00e9 physique, leur <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/biere-prise-poids\/\">tour de taille<\/a><\/strong> et leur poids, lors d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s&nbsp;diverses durant 20 mn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9 que sur les groupes d\u2019hommes ayant pratiqu\u00e9 la musculation, l\u2019effet sur le tour de taille a \u00e9t\u00e9 ralenti et diminu\u00e9 de (- 0,67 cm) par rapport aux hommes pratiquant <strong>une activit\u00e9 cardio<\/strong> mod\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 intense (-0,33 cm) ou par rapport au groupe ayant tout simplement jardin\u00e9 ou mont\u00e9 des escaliers &nbsp;(-0,16 cm).
