{"id":8958,"date":"2015-02-25T15:10:35","date_gmt":"2015-02-25T14:10:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new-fitadium.synten.com\/TheGoodFit\/?p=8958"},"modified":"2023-11-20T16:42:12","modified_gmt":"2023-11-20T15:42:12","slug":"creatine-sante-cardio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/conseils\/creatine-sante-cardio\/","title":{"rendered":"La cr\u00e9atine bonne pour la sant\u00e9 cardio"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1600\" height=\"860\" src=\"\/conseils\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/vignette-TGF.jpg\" alt=\"The Good fit sport et alimentation pour les sportifs\" class=\"wp-image-33911\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"\/conseils\/creatine\/\"><strong>La cr\u00e9atine est un suppl\u00e9ment tr\u00e8s connu<\/strong><\/a><strong>, couramment utilis\u00e9 chez les <\/strong><a href=\"\/\"><strong>bodybuilders<\/strong><\/a><strong>, qui a fait l&rsquo;objet de nombreuses \u00e9tudes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une \u00e9tude br\u00e9silienne a examin\u00e9 les effets de la cr\u00e9atine sur un groupe d\u2019hommes d\u2019\u00e2ge moyen de 27,7 ans qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 suppl\u00e9ment\u00e9s quotidiennement avec 20g de cr\u00e9atine par jour, pendant une semaine, tout en ayant une activit\u00e9 physique mod\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de la cr\u00e9atine sont nombreux <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est un suppl\u00e9ment qui peut influencer le taux sanguin d\u2019homocyst\u00e9\u00efne, une prot\u00e9ine dont la concentration \u00e9lev\u00e9e est li\u00e9e au risque cardio vasculaire. Cette \u00e9tude n\u2019a toutefois pas d\u00e9montr\u00e9 de hausse significative de l\u2019homocyst\u00e9\u00efne, bien qu\u2019on observe une hausse de la cr\u00e9atinine et une baisse de l\u2019acide urique ainsi que des changements au niveau du cholest\u00e9rol total et du cholest\u00e9rol-LDL. (Les mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9es par granularit\u00e9 laser, imagerie de contraste et microscopie vid\u00e9o).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les chercheurs ont observ\u00e9 une augmentation de la masse corporelle des sujets de cette \u00e9tude de 500g (le poids moyen passant de 74,9 kg \u00e0 75,4 kg) tandis que leur IMC a augment\u00e9 de 0,3 points passant de 25,2 \u00e0 25,5 kg\/ m2.
